VENPRENDEDORAS «Bazaar & Showcase Event»
promotes women’s entrepreneurship in South Florida
Next April 30, 2022, from 12 to 8 p.m., at EB HOTEL (4299 NW, 36th ST. Miami Springs, 33166) will be held the Venprendedoras Bazaar third edition, a foundation created in Miami, to give visibility and provide support to Venezuelan and hispanic women entrepreneurs.
Two Venezuelan sisters -Mariela and Claudia Briceño- decided to create an organization to bring together and support women of the diaspora who have decided to boost their businesses and make their way outside their country.
Since its creation in January 2020, they have shared more than 500 stories of Venezuelan women entrepreneurs through its Instagram account @Venprendedoras and have held more than 30 connection and training events, virtual and in-person, that have impacted more than 3,500 women.
Through the campaign: Whom You Buy From Matters and the hashtag #CompraVenprendedoras, the organization emphasizes supporting local, women-owned, and Venezuelan women-owned businesses.
The Venprendedoras Bazaar & Showcase Event, whose third edition will take place next Saturday, April 30, is presented not only as a sales fair but also as a window to give visibility, project, and promote Venezuelan women’s businesses in South Florida, and an occasion to share and celebrate in community.
More than 40 businesses will be present with their products and/or services through sales booths and brand presence. The event, held at EB hotel – close to Miami airport – will feature ample free parking, food, drinks, and prizes.
