The Founders
Venprendedoras is an initiative born from the combined strengths and shared purposes of two sisters, Claudia and Mariela Briceño, centered on entrepreneurship, women, and the Venezuelan diaspora.
Mariela Briceño has over 25 years of experience as a businesswoman, communications strategist, and analyst. She has worked in both public and private sectors, leading communication campaigns for companies, NGOs, and the public sector.
Desde hace más de 10 años es directora de su Agencia de Comunicaciones y Mercadeo Digital, Viva+ con sede en Miami. Cree profundamente en el poder del DAR y en el de las mujeres que se unen para apoyarse y crecer juntas.
Claudia Briceño, a lawyer specialized in financial law with over 15 years of professional experience, has worked in social programs, particularly in microfinance as a Legal Consultant at “Mi Banco,” developing specific products for women entrepreneurs.
In Uruguay, where he lived for six years, she was a founder of "Hands Veneguayas", a foundation to support the diaspora venezolana. We are passionate about connecting and supporting women, and is a fighter in favor of Venezuela and the venezuelan people.
Together with the founding sisters, the Venprendedoras Board of Directors is completed by four notable professionals: Claudia Petrosini, Catalina Valenzuela, Beatriz Sáez, and Viviana Vethencourt.
